Summary: Resolut is hiring a Software Developer to join a small but growing team whose custom tools are critical to daily engineering and business operations. Projects are varied and often full stack.

Our work ranges from integrated engineering calculations and automations to full stack standalone applications and mobile apps. Our work ranges from integrated engineering calculations and automations to full stack standalone applications and mobile apps. We are also integrating AI into our workflows in a careful, controlled way.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom software, from engineering calculation tools to full stack web and mobile applications.
- Debug and improve existing code, often where the solution process is developed alongside the product.
- Coordinate with teammates and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and set priorities.
- Manage projects from request through delivery, including timelines and status updates.
- Lead training sessions and debugging walkthroughs for engineers and staff who use our tools.
- Help shape how AI is responsibly introduced into our workflows.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
- C#: professional experience writing and maintaining C# applications.
- Dynamic problem solving: comfortable debugging and developing custom code as requirements take shape.
- Project management: able to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects at once.
- Team coordination: clear communication and collaboration with developers, engineers, and business staff.
- Public speaking: confident presenting to groups for training sessions and live debugging.
- GitHub: working knowledge of basic workflows such as branching, commits, and pull requests.
- Bachelor’s (or greater) degree in Computer Science / Software Development (or similar field) from an EAC/ABET-accredited university required or equivalent experience, required.
